Job Description
Job purpose
We're seeking an talented individual to join our dynamic Marketing team in London. You will drive impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels to engage key intermediary audiences such as IFAs (Independent Financial Advisers).
Your work will enhance Evelyn Partners brands visibility and reputation with key intermediary audiences by showcasing our investment expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Support the Head of Intermediary Marketing (B2B or B2B2C) to develop fully integrated campaigns designed to communicate our subject-matter expertise and strengthen brand awareness.
- Align marketing campaigns with Business Development's objectives to grow our assets under management (AUM), as part of the overall go-to-market (GTM) plan.
- Plan retention strategy to keep Evelyn Partners at the forefront intermediaries' minds
- Execute strategies that target priority intermediary audiences by:
- Understanding audience needs through competitor analysis, market insights and industry research to determine preferred channels and key messaging for our range of investment solutions.
- Plan and brief campaign activities to reach target audiences, using owned and paid-for digital channels, printed collateral, PR and events.
- Working with wider Financial Services marketing team, activate through mix of marketing channels.
- Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project and manage when these change.
Channel and Network Development
- Stay informed about FCA regulatory changes (e.g. COBS 4, Consumer Duty, Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR)) to ensure marketing communications are within the legal framework.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends, and economic factors to help generate fresh ideas.
- Identify and help develop new online and offline channel activity to reach priority intermediary audiences.
Strategic and Tactical Planning
- Maintain a clear vision of the firm's long-term marketing goals while also identifying and implementing short-term, tactical wins where appropriate.
- Establish reports for digital engagement (e-comms, web traffic, social, etc) to analyse and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Establish reports for in-person event attendance and work with Business Development teams to use findings to review and improve activities.
- Maintain budgets to ensure all events and marketing activities are delivered cost-effectively and track spend.
Event Planning and Execution
- Work with Business Development to manage event plan for key intermediaries. This may include planning of webinars, seminars, third-party exhibitions and event sponsorships.
- Work with Business Development teams (central or regional) to brief and coordinate the regional event programmes.
- Guide the delivery team on asset creation, online promotion, and when relevant, preparation of slides for online and in-person events.
- Assist BD Sales Support team with assets required by third-parties, to include digital/video graphics or event portal content,
Engagement and Follow-up
- Collaborate with Business Development colleagues to develop communications plan designed to nurture and re-target intermediary clients and prospects.
- Stay up to date with any systems or technological updates
Qualifications
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience of multi matrix marketing planning and/or campaign management with a strong understanding of campaign integration and effectiveness,
- Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role in a commercial environment
- Relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience of delivering events as part of a marketing growth strategy

Qualifications and Education
- Relevant marketing qualification is desirable e.g. Institute of Direct Marketing or Chartered Institute of Marketing certificate or diploma level
