Regional HR Lead

The Role
The Regional HR Lead will lead the HR Partnering and Advisory team and people strategy across market, working in close partnership with the Market Leader. You will be all about the details, best practices, knowing what good looks like and then raising the bar. The responsibilities of this position may change over time - this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization. The role will report into the HR Lead, Business Partnering, Sales, service and Delivery EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Work with your business leadership to define, align and implement people initiatives to benefit the mission and our people across the region/market; understand business unit specific / customization requirements - drive decisions on prioritization and ensure alignment across teams (incl. cross-function) /geographies / countries
  • Bring innovative solutions to your business - keep close to HR trends, best practices and innovative approaches and translate these to signal business opportunities and risks within the company
  • Support leadership in fostering an engaging, motivating, inclusive and performance-oriented culture; consult on engagement strategies and culture change approach
  • Coach, develop and be a critical thought partner for Senior Market leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Anticipate and solve for issues associated with changes in organizational design or business strategy and impact on people
  • Support leadership in fostering an engaging, motivating, inclusive and performance-oriented culture; consult on engagement strategies and culture change approach
  • Develop maturity of organization by ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities, definition of career paths and career perspectives for workforce

Requirements

  • Experience leading multi-site teams. Leadership skills with the ability to develop and supervise a team of HR professionals at all levels
  • Able to demonstrate an empowering and inspiring leadership style
  • Proven ability to structure priorities and deliver within high pressure, business critical environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery for employee and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and portray vision, values and passion to team and stakeholders
  • Multitasking talents and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills
