Job Title: Maritime & Land: People Transformation Lead

What you’ll be doing:

Working to unpick identified HR challenges (risks / opportunities / objectives) by gathering information from across the sector and HR CoE, and analysing sector people data / mapping out ‘as is’ process flows to identify opportunities for improvement and / or workforce risk mitigation

Seeking learning from other projects / lines of business / sectors, and external best practice from other organisations / industries

Formulating short- and long-term solutions, and works across the lines of business / sector, and other partners to implement business-focussed solutions that demonstrate value-add

As part of implementing business-focussed solutions, the role will look to lead and manage several projects / work packages, which for each will involve defining outcomes, project activities, timings and roles & responsibilities, plus tracking progress, escalating blockers

Facilitating meetings and workshops to effectively drive forwards the HR change / transformation project(s)
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
-
Broad experience in business change management and implementation of change initiatives, demonstrated in a professional role within a business or project

Experience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal stakeholders
Desirable:
-
Human Resources related degree / qualification, or Project Management experience / qualification (preferred)

Broad understanding of business change management and project management methodologies, processes and toolsets used

The Maritime & Land Strategic Workforce Planning team:
The Maritime & Land Strategic Workforce Planning team works across multiple workforce planning horizons (near, medium, longer term) to identify people’s risks and opportunities. We work across multiple stakeholders to build Sector-common solutions which will address our priority people challenge and form an element of our People Strategy. This role will provide you to mobilise the solution from design through to delivery; a real opportunity to drive change in the business to positively support our people experience and mitigate business risk.
