Job Title: Manufacturing Project Manager

Salary: From £70,000 depending on skills and experience with executive car allowance and bonus on top
What you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for leading, managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams whilst covering a range of subject areas within associated semi-complex projects, multiple simple projects or complex control accounts
- Accountable for the delivery of the projects’ outputs within the performance/cost/time envelope for our range of projects and complex control accounts
- You will be responsible for ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient means of delivery, whilst mitigating risk and leveraging opportunities
- Regularly meet the customer to understand the objective, requirements and the means of acceptance for all projects
- Sustain and leverage value through the monitoring and management against commitments (products and services) and meet our own obligations under the contract/agreement
- Actively highlight shortfalls positively and draw through LFE into the projects, advising on mitigations and engaging with the Delivery Manager
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of leading and managing a project management team whilst delivering complex projects or a control account with a variety of stakeholders
- Must be able to achieve delivery results by influencing through exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience of utilising best practice methodologies in the successful execution of project delivery (including; risk, stakeholder, schedule, planning, scheduling, change, financial control, performance and hold point management)
- Experience of defining, initiating and controlling a project
- Professional Project Management qualification or strong practical experience gained through application of Project Management
