We're looking for a Cell Leader to join our Finishing Department, where precision, leadership, and purpose come together. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
As Cell Leader, you'll guide a skilled team through the full spectrum of finishing operations. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring your team to meet performance goals and overcome challenges.
• Driving quality through self-inspection and technical oversight.
• Implementing KPIs and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members with structured induction plans.
• Holding regular team communications, setting expectations, and monitoring wellbeing.
• Optimising workloads and skill alignment to meet departmental targets.

What You'll Bring

• Proven team leadership experience.
• A background in production manufacturing.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
