We're hiring for a Managing Partner - Strategy to join our team in London on a fixed term contract until January 2026.

Purpose of the Role

As Managing Partner - Strategy, you'll develop and manage a team of media strategists to drive growth for our clients by finding new ways to connect their brand to the consumer. iProspect exists to accelerate and build brands with a performance mindset and this role will be pivotal in helping our clients find the optimal way to take their brand to market. You will create strategies using capabilities at the forefront of insight, data, creativity and commerce built on the agency's proprietary platforms and deliver these to clients in both pitches and ongoing relationships.

You'll also develop our strategic skillset agency-wide, training the agency in the craft of strategy and planning responses that drive business growth. Typically delivered through a combination of all agency training events, smaller top up initiatives and a regular drum beat of training and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and grow a team of senior media strategists, stewarding the workload of the team; assigning ad hoc client projects and new business pitches as well as guiding, mentoring and quality control of output.
  • Lead new business pitches and support strategists in leading pitches across global and local remits.
  • Deliver best in class responses to brief, embracing the latest agency narrative, distinctively iProspect proposition and utilising the latest in the network's tools and product offerings.
  • Lead the agency thought leadership, championing best in class work across the agency in forums to inspire and educate teams is also a critical lever in growing the agency output.
  • Ensure award winning creative output for agency through client work, owning the communications planning process.
  • Participate in Industry events to promote agency thought leadership

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in a senior strategy role within a media agency.
  • Extensive experience in pitching and working with large clients at a senior level, with the gravitas and professionalism to engage at a senior level across clients and prospects.
  • Exceptional planning capability with a broader understanding of data sources and insight sources in the media industry and how to use them.
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills across internal teams and with external clients and partners.
  • Experience in managing a team, supporting with development and growth of direct reports.
  • Any exposure/experience in AI and emerging technologies and a willingness to lean into new industry trends.

What we offer

This role is a fixed term maternity leave cover until January 2026. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 2-3 days each week, with one of those days being a Thursday.
