£90,000 - £100,000 basic + excellent bonus + equity deal

If you are a proven leader within financial services recruitment, talk to us about this board level opportunity. Our client is a highly respected recruitment firm with a great reputation. They are seeking a leadership level individual to take over a well performing business unit. You'll be given space to operate; funding to invest; autonomy to innovate and a remit to grow.
This is a strategic and tactical leadership role. (There is not a requirement for you to fee-earn personally. However, you will naturally be highly client facing and possess the credibility to maintain high level customer relationships). You will need to have a demonstrable track record of growth within financial services recruitment. Ideally, you will have had experience of both permanent and interim solutions.
