Deloitte is actively engaged across the Wealth, Saving and Retirement market to Imagine, Deliver and Run the transformation our clients need to succeed in a rapidly changing marketplace. We work with leading Private Banks, Wealth Managers, Wrap platforms and Retirement and Savings firms to solve their biggest and most complex problems. As part of the Operations Transformation practice at Deloitte, we pride ourselves on our ability to harness our deep industry experience across front, middle and back-office to help our clients drive transformational change.

Assignments will be focused across the full spectrum of the Wealth market and include:

• Strategic Advice - helping firms solve complex business problems such as proposition, growth and cost reduction challenges
• Platforms - leveraging our extensive wealth platform selection and implementation experience to support clients on their change journey
• Intelligent Operations - assessing and addressing clients' operating model and cost agenda through levers such as process improvement, automation, intelligent processing and integration
• Digital - supporting clients with digitally enabled distribution, including CRM, digital marketing including automation, data and analytics services

We are looking for talented individuals with expertise in this sector and a passion to learn and grow.

As a manager in our team, you will work closely alongside Partners and Directors and play a key role in influencing and shaping the strategic direction and development of the team, with the opportunity to:

• Develop your leadership capabilities to manage diverse teams effectively, with an inclusive culture where people are recognised for their delivery of client work

• Leverage your Wealth expertise to lead on projects, develop innovative thought leadership and support the growth of our business

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Subject matter expertise in core Platforms and Systems across one or more areas of the Wealth market, as outlined above, that are driving change and impacting business and operating models of key institutions, such as:
  • o Wealth Management: FNZ, Bravura, SS&C, Seccl, Avaloq, Temenos
  • o Life & Pensions: TCS Bancs, Sapiens, Heywood
  • o Digital: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Ignition
  • o Adviser back office: Intelliflo, Iress, Voyant
• An understanding of end to end operating and distribution models for Wealth Managers
• Designing, delivering and leading transformational change in the Wealth Management market
• Strong wealth management industry knowledge
• Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed
• Experienced in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues
• Able to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organisation
• Broad experience of managing diverse teams and fostering an inclusive environment
• Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation
• Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
