The Role

As a Manager, Vendor Relationships, you'll be responsible for overseeing and enhancing strategic partnerships with some of our most critical partners, including BlackRock (Aladdin) and JPMorgan among others. You'll drive the implementation of a new Global Operating Model, ensuring it meets regional needs in the UK and US while contributing to our global ambitions.

In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with investment teams on a day-to-day basis to address challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that align with our strategic vision.

You'll also be helping to shape this role as it's the first time we will have this role, full time, in the UK, providing you with the unique opportunity to influence its direction and build on a strong foundation for future success.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Partnership Management: Own relationships with key vendors, aligning their performance to our goals.
• Global and Regional Integration: Ensure the new Global Operating Model considers UK and US requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Partner with investment teams to address day-to-day challenges, uncover new opportunities, and drive innovation.
• Leadership and Strategy: Build relationships and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in vendor management within investment operations or financial services,
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to deliver hands-on results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple regions and teams.
