We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. You'll need to be passionate about building your career within optics, be a great communicator, have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable, a passionate people person, organised, and hard-working. Ideally, we'd love for you to have previous experience working in an Optics business, but don't worry if you don't.
