As a Manager in our Planning & Fulfilment team, you will be instrumental in delivering large-scale engagements and supporting our clients' tech-driven planning and digital transformations. Your roles will include:

• Being a supply chain planning expert in our team, owning core workstream delivery and client interaction, and working closely with project leadership to contribute to successful delivery.
• Working with our clients' existing functions to develop and implement innovative supply chain planning solutions aligned to their challenges, priorities and objectives utilising the latest development in the industry and our alliances pre-configured solutions.
• Support sales activities and proactive cross-industry pipeline development, including thought leadership, eminence material and sales proposition development.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of our internal Deloitte go-to-market solutions, enhancing capabilities with key alliance partnerships and keeping up to date with latest technological development and industry trends.

We are looking for a dynamic Manager with a solid background in delivering technology-enabled organisational transformation, keen to sit at the cross-section between supply chain and technology and can lead the way in innovative and technology driven supply chain network solutions. We are looking for an individual with strong supply chain acumen, experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to bring diverse, complementary skillsets together to achieve optimised, cohesive client transformations.

Essential:

• A strong supply chain background, leading end-to-end transformation initiatives with a focus on technology-enabled planning solutions and APS implementation.
• Strong experience of working with clients and internal stakeholders across industries to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Ability to lead and collaborate within teams comprising of internal and client members
• The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to evaluate the emerging and changing business needs of our clients
• Enjoy working within diverse and hybrid-located teams
• Professional working proficiency in the English language

Preferred:

• Experience with specific supply chain planning or execution technologies (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions)
• Demonstrated experience in contributing to sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
