The Role
- Hybrid working - ORB office is located next to Old Street Station, London.
- We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong engineering background to lead the development of innovative consumer health and wearable products. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of hardware, software, and IoT - ideal for someone who thrives in building connected products that make a real impact in people's health, performance, and everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap from concept through launch and scale.
- Translate vision into clear technical requirements, working closely with engineering (hardware + software) and regulatory teams.
- Partner with Marketing & Sales to drive positioning, go-to-market, and adoption.
- Balance customer insights, data, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features.
- Lead agile planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Define success metrics and monitor performance to guide ongoing product improvements.
- Mentor and grow a small but high-performing product team.
We're looking for someone who has
- Engineering or technical degree (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical).
- Proven experience building and launching both hardware and software products.
- Strong background in IoT and connected devices.
- Experience in B2C product development, ideally in health, sports, or wearable tech.
- Track record of success in consumer health, medical, or regulated product environments.
- Experience in startups or scale-ups where you've taken products from 0 to 1.
- Passion for performance and wellness technology.

The Interview Process
For this role, our process involves three stages:
- Resume Review & Screening Call
- 3x Interviews - CEO, CTO, Senior Director Consumer Manager
- In-person Interview - You'll be asked to prepare a task ahead of time.
