As a SAP Delivery Services - SAP Project Manager / SCRUM Master your role will involve:
- Provide dedicated support to workstreams within SAP ERP Implementations / SAP-enabled transformation projects, demonstrating a proactive and eager approach to owning processes and learning.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders as directed, providing timely updates and escalating issues appropriately.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proactively contribute to problem-solving efforts within the team, showing adaptability in responding to changing project needs
- Work within our Multi-Disciplinary Model, across different member firms, geographies, and service lines.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of project management methodologies and their application within ERP implementations. Familiarity with SAP Activate or similar frameworks is desirable.
- Support the application of Project Management and SAP Best practices and standards across the project.
- Actively Participate in practice development activities that support sales and internal capability development.
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring productivity, adherence to principles, and maximised team effectiveness.
- Coach and Mentor Agile Teams: Guide and coach the Project Team and Product Owner on Scrum practices, Agile principles, self-organisation, and cross-functionality, fostering a culture of continuous learning, transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
- Impediments Resolution: Proactively identify and remove obstacles, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and maintain focus on Sprint goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Promote effective communication and collaboration within the Scrum Team and with external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Retrospectives to identify enhancements in processes and team dynamics, implementing actionable changes.
- Adaptive Delivery & Client Focus: Operate effectively within diverse project delivery models, adapting methodologies (including Agile and hybrid approaches) to meet client needs and project requirements.
- Agile Advocacy: Champion Agile values and principles, helping stakeholders understand and embrace agile methodologies for a responsive working environment.
- Progress Reporting: Monitor and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown), providing transparency on team performance and progress for future planning.
- Backlog Refinement: Organise and facilitate Product Backlog Refinement, ensuring effective collaboration to break down, estimate, and clarify items for future Sprints.
This role will involve travel to client location depending on project requirements.

- Be a Servant Leader: Empower the team, remove barriers, and support their ownership.
- Utilize Data for Insights: Use Agile metrics to understand performance and guide improvements.
- Champion Agile Principles: Advocate for Agile values and drive organizational change.
- Understanding of the following Project Management Tools - Confluence, JIRA, MS Project, MS Office.
Desirables:
- SAP Activate or equivalent Certification.
- Certified Scrum Master
