As a Manager in the area of SAP Financial Accounting & Group Reporting, you will be:
- Building strong client stakeholder relationships
- Leading teams of consultants to design and build core finance functionality using knowledge of SAP Best Practices for delivery of large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Leading the delivery of fit to standard workshops / requirement driven workshops to clients for your functional areas
- Demonstrate your understanding, knowledge and experience of business process design and enabling this through SAP functionality
- Ensuring the quality of work delivered by your team is of a high standard, and raising and managing project risks and issues
- Providing SAP knowledge across one or more SAP functional areas and configuring S/4HANA as per the solution design
- Create and review functional specifications for developers with a good grasp of the SAP structures and options
- Leading practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate:
- Previous large scale transformation project experience implementing Financial Accounting General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Banking modules
- Previous large scale transformation project experience implementing Group Reporting - intercompany eliminations, Inter Company Matching and Reconciliation, Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC) and other consolidation related tasks
- Subject Matter Expert in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Financial Accounting - General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Payable and Banking modules and S/4HANA Group Reporting
- S/4HANA Group Reporting for clients
- Manage the design and delivery of the creation and configuration of financial reports and statutory reports using SAP Group Reporting tools
- Manage the Integration of SAP Group Reporting with SAP Financial Accounting, SAP Analytics cloud and other modules
- Manage the configuration of S/4HANA Financial Accounting and S/4HANA Group Reporting and documenting functional specifications where development objects are required
- Lead fit to standard workshops and translating the requirements into design
- Review functional specifications for development objects
- Ensuring the quality of work delivered by your team is of a high standard, raising and managing project risks and issues
- Knowledge of recent SAP Finance and Group Reporting and Financial Accounting innovations and roadmap
- Experience of Programme delivery applying Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) whether this is with the client team or remote developers
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to forge good professional relationships with your leaders and peers
- An understanding of working in a Consulting environment and the differences compared to an in-house SAP capability or working as an independent contractor
- Providing development and performance feedback to mentor members of your team
Desirables
- Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
- Security cleared / ability to gain security clearance, to be able to support activities in the Public Sector
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and other financial reporting standards
- Experience in Financial Consolidation, Group Accounting, and reporting for multinational organisations
- Experience in one or more of the following sub-modules will help you stand out:
- Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) and Transfer Pricing (TP)
