As the Manager, Technology Procurement, you will support the execution and delivery of global and regional Technology sourcing initiatives. This role focuses on operational execution, sourcing support, deal orchestration, stakeholder collaboration across technology-related categories such as software (SaaS), Agentic and Generative AI, cloud services, infrastructure, and IT services.

In this position, you will partner with senior procurement leaders and internal technology and business stakeholders to help deliver sourcing projects, support category strategies, and negotiate commercial outcomes that align with business requirements. You will contribute to value delivery through effective sourcing execution, cost optimization, supplier management, and process discipline.

Success in this role depends on strong collaboration skills, analytical capability, and the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives while operating within established procurement frameworks and governance.

You will support initiatives across technology categories, including:

  • Software and SaaS solutions
  • Agentic and Generative AI investments
  • Cloud service providers
  • IT infrastructure and platforms
  • Technology-enabled services and tools

This role operates within defined category strategies and governance models, with escalation and strategic direction provided by Senior Managers and Directors.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Required

  • Proven procurement or sourcing experience, with exposure to technology-related categories
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting sourcing and contracting activities
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual and global environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and procurement platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, iCertis)

Preferred

  • Experience with software, SaaS, cloud, or IT services sourcing
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and contract templates
  • Experience coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Technology teams

  • Structured problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple time sensitive workstreams with guidance and prioritization support
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Sound judgment on when to escalate versus resolve independently
  • Project management experience - drafting, communicating and modifying project plans
  • Ability to engage with executives Procurement, Business and Technology leaders to shape and influence decisions
