The Organizational Change Management, Manager will:

  • Implement organizational change toolkit, methodology, and activities across multiple projects
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships within Deloitte Technology and in the member firms, as required
  • Use defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance
  • Define project-specific change management scope, strategy, approach, and deliverables
  • Develop and deliver project scope and requirements within specified timeframe including:
  • Stakeholder analysis and engagement
  • Change impact analysis
  • Leadership engagement and alignment
  • Readiness assessment
  • Communications, training plans and materials
  • Local adoption tracking and reporting, providing suggestions for mitigating actions, where necessary
  • Serve as primary CM liaison to cross-functional team members across different geographies and cultures; partner virtually to meet established project goals
  • Serve as organizational change management point of contact for local implementation teams: facilitate conversations, provide guidance, track actions, risks/issues, and follow-ups
  • Manage quality and implementation of CM deliverables from junior team members
  • Advise project team members and lead through ambiguity in matrixed environment
  • Promote teaming between CM and other functional team members working on projects
  • Manage and mentor junior CM team members aligned to projects

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment
  • Experience: Proven experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: organizational change management, communication, learning and development, and general business analysis.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced understanding of organizational change management processes and proven application of change management methodologies and principles (e.g. Prosci, Kotter)
    • Ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits that are conveyed through learning, communication, and presentation materials Technical aptitude to quickly learn business solutions
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Ability to manage change and ambiguity
    • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a matrixed environment with minimal oversight
    • Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage others
    • Ability to lead both people and project work
    • Ability to implement a broad range of existing and new technologies at the global level
    • Ability to work with diverse cultures in a virtual environment

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
