We are looking for talented Managers to join the Deloitte GBS team with demonstrable expertise delivering solutions that have driven enterprise performance and profitability. Areas where we are seeing an increasing demand are GBS and Shared Services Strategy, Service Excellence, BPO and Automation / AI related services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Working as part of a wider Deloitte project team or as a workstream lead, provide guidance to clients on establishing or optimising their GBS, Shared Services, BPO models leveraging latest technologies and best practices.
• Planning and managing project workstreams (including junior team members) to time and to budget in support of the overall project plan
• Leading or managing the development of project deliverables or outputs as required in line with the engagement objectives
• Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining a deep understanding of their business needs.
• Support business development efforts and growth, including identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Support market eminence efforts for GBS in the private and/or public sector, including staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact GBS, Shared Services, and BPO sectors.
• Support practice development initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GBS practice (e.g. Learning,

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Your professional experience should include:

• Experience in the GBS, Shared Services, and/or BPO, with a proven track record of delivering successful engagements.
• Demonstrated management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire junior team members to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience in driving / supporting practice and business development, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships
• Understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscape impacting GBS, Shared Services, BPO sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
