As a Manager in our team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions to our Financial Services clients. You will contribute to engagements across our three core domains within Technology Strategy and Transformation:

• Modern Ways of Working: Assist in designing and implementing agile operating models, enabling clients to embrace new ways of working and foster a culture of innovation. This includes supporting agile transformations, implementing DevOps practices, and optimising team structures.
• Technology Modernisation/Future of: Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and strategies, helping clients leverage emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, and blockchain to modernise their technology landscape and achieve their business objectives.
• Technology Financial Management: Support clients in optimising their technology budgets, managing third-party ecosystems, and implementing robust financial management practices. This includes cost reduction initiatives, vendor management, and implementing Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Leading client engagement teams or workstreams through delivery leadership or business analysis.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand client challenges and opportunities.
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions, working collaboratively with client teams.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Essential:

• Strong experience in technology consulting or a related field.
• Experience in the Financial Services or equivalent industry. Knowledge of agile methodologies, emerging technologies, or TBM is also beneficial.
• Project / Programme delivery leadership both in waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Business analysis / functional leader of requirements gathering, user stories elaboration etc.
• Agile ways of working through coaching or mentoring in SCRUM or KANBAN.
• PMO / Value Management Office or equivalent.

Desirable

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Enterprise, Technology and Performance

Our clients want to achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations. That's where we come in. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
