Running at the forefront of PMI's Digital Transformation, Information Security offers guidance, solutions and advisory all across PMI, supporting our secure journey towards a smoke-free future.
Our scope ranges from security assessments, architecture, governance and risk advisory, through resilience, cyber threat intelligence and incident response, to supporting PMI Functions, Markets, and Platforms (e.g. Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Consumer or Product) and building an organizational security culture.

The Manager InfoSec Communications and People Engagement is responsible for designing and driving internal and external communication strategies that support Information Security initiatives and priorities. In this role, you will also create and lead employee-centric engagement activities to promote the values of the PMI DNA: "We Care," "We Are Better Together," and "We Are Game Changers" across the function.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• A graduate, preferably in a technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience
• +5 years of experience managing communications in Information Security domain
• Understanding of information security concepts, industry best practices and relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about community building. Strong communication, content creation, and event management skills
• Comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized
• Team player with ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with peers, stakeholders, senior management, and vendors based on respect and teamwork
• Extensive experience, working with Senior Management (Director level and above) with an ability to influence and secure the confidence of others
• Proficient in working with geographically dispersed or remote teams, demonstrating excellent spoken and written English skills
• Flexible approach to travel
HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy, annual plan and execution schedule aligned with our organizational purpose, ambition, and strategy
• Proactively identify topics of interest, audiences, and channels for communication, as well as developing engaging content and seeking ways to continuously improve
• Communicate with teams on an ongoing basis to review requests, assess scope, handle channels and content
• Actively support our Change Management process to ensure that relevant communication is effectively delivered to the target audience through different communication channels
• Coordinate all aspects of internal events, including Management visits, onsite and virtual webcasts, team-building activities, recognition programs, and other corporate events
• Identify global programs and translate them into impactful communication and engagement initiatives for Information Security
• Produce high-quality content, such as posts, webinars, and articles, to guide and inspire Information Security communities (e.g., People Managers)
• Foster an inclusive work environment that promotes growth through communication, ideation, and engagement
• Develop action plans based on data from engagement surveys, utilizing pulse surveys and employee engagement indices to derive actions and translate them into communication and engagement formats
• Design, develop, and implement People Engagement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, tracking adoption and impact results from community initiatives
