Connect to your opportunity

You will be responsible to manage Deloitte UK's Identity and Access Management (I&AM) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) operations and solutions in accordance with the firm's policies and standards, and its legal and regulatory obligations.

  • Primary point of contact for PAM solutions, specifically CyberArk, as Subject Matter Expert
  • Managing, troubleshooting and supporting CyberArk components and its infrastructure.
  • Designing automated password rotation for privileged accounts (e.g. Windows, Linux, SSH, Oracle, MS-SQL, service accounts, and applications accounts) within CyberArk
  • Performing discovery and audit scanning to identify unmanaged privileged accounts with in the Deloitte network and analyse its usage so as to manage them within CyberArk
  • Developing custom 'Privileged Session Management' connectors which allow 3rd party applications to perform secure automated logins through CyberArk solutions
  • Integrating with third party applications like Qualys, ServiceNow etc leveraging CyberArk's Application Access Manager
  • Performing disaster recovery and Power-down exercises to ensure PAM application is ready for contingency failover
  • Working with wider teams to defining and implement onboarding and off-boarding processes for accounts.
  • Developing automation scripts for day-to-day operational activities like account onboarding, updating, provisioning access etc
  • Working with threat intelligence team with the integration of their SIEM solution with PAM solutions
  • Maintaining and creating PAM process documents, such as, operational procedures, break-glass process, user training, DR plan etc.
  • Co-ordinating with vendor for the open cases and product related issues
  • Performing upgrades and applying patches for CyberArk on the vendor recommended version
  • Supporting out-of-office hours for critical and high priority issues, and any change management of PAM service.
  • Ensuring compliance of the privilege accounts to the PAM policies and standards.
  • Complying to the defined SLAs/OLAs for the ServiceNow tickets.
  • Managing and developing any direct report(s).

Essential Skills:

  • A strong understanding of CyberArk and its components, with extensive hands-on experience on CyberArk's EPV, PSM, PVWA, CPM, AAM, PTA.
  • Hands-on experience on Deloitte UK's CyberArk infrastructure and the PAM processes
  • Certified in CyberArk Sentry and Defender
  • Experienced in developing custom 'Privileged Session Management' connectors to allow third party applications to perform secure automated logins through CyberArk solutions
  • Compliance management of accounts in CyberArk
  • CyberArk incident management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of security policy frameworks and controls implementation
  • Experience in CyberArk SaaS implementation

Desirable Skills:

  • Just-in-time access management in CyberArk
  • Experience with cloud platform and managing privilege roles/accounts of Azure and AWS within CyberArk
  • Knowledge and understanding of security metrics and reporting requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexible and adaptable with regards to learning and understanding new technologies
  • Business case writing and presentation
  • Degree in IT / computer science or information security
