These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most .

Connect to your opportunity

As a Manager, you'll lead projects and/or large-scale workstreams to deliver high quality client work on two key areas; Employee Experience and People Technology Strategy (not the implementation bit!). You'll specialise in one more than the other, but the work we do is inextricably interlinked. We work with/on an unparalleled range of clients and variety of projects: from exploring, selecting or optimising people-focused tech, to defining and delivering end-to-end employee experience.

Generally, Managers act as project leads; ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, guiding and advising clients through best practice, as well as managing teams from an output and pastoral perspective. Related activities that you will oversee might include:

• Impactful research & analysis: guide your team to design and deliver large- and small-scale research engagement with employees and client stakeholders. Apply logic to deliver insight and innovative solutions

• Exceptional outputs: prepare, oversee and review written content / deliverables to define recommendations

• People development: work effectively in diverse and inclusive teams, where people are recognised for their contribution. Support and manage team members to help them thrive. Become a 'People Leader' to support individuals pastorally and in their career development

Practice & business development: be a thought-leader, play an active role in new business activities (bids) and act as an Employee Experience and/or People Tech expert. Lead internal programmes / initiatives, aligned to business priorities and personal interests
