Moorhouse is looking for a candidate to support its rapidly expanding Health & Care sector with experience and a focus on Digital. We help our clients to achieve digital transformation as a strategic advisor and delivery partner. Our expertise spans from developing Digital and Data strategies, to digital service design and digital delivery. We provide a range of services to help clients respond to disruptive trends, implement innovative digital products, define operating models to enable Health and Care organisations to maximise their value from digital and technology and achieve the best outcomes for their patients.

Responsibilities

What do we do - Digital in Health & Care:

Our Digital team, within our wider Digital & Data practice, works closely with the Health & Care team in Moorhouse. Your role will involve working with the Digital team at our Health & Care clients to grow our capabilities, propositions and networks.

We provide an array of Digital capabilities across our Health & Care clients, including Providers (Acute, Mental Health, Community and Ambulance Service Trusts), Integrated Care Systems, National Bodies and through partnerships with technology & digital companies and other consultancies. Our Digital capabilities:

Our Digital team, within our Digital & Data practice, assists our clients across the following proposition areas:

• Digital Advisory: working with our clients to support them on their digital transformation journeys, by setting the right strategic direction and helping build the right structures to achieve it.
• Digital Architecture & Enablement: working with clients to transform their technology by using modern platforms and rationalise their environments - to streamline and optimise their tech.
• Digital Product & Delivery: combining our various delivery teams and methodologies to ensure successful implementation of digital transformation projects and products.

As a Manager, you will have:

• At least 6 - 8 years relevant professional experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy, technology provider or experience gained working for the NHS / healthcare organisations.
• Strong technical and practical knowledge of the deployment and operation of common digital systems within the NHS, particularly Electronic Patient Records (EPR).
• Strong experience leading projects, delivering consulting services across the health and care value chain in one or more of our Digital and Data capabilities (see above for Digtal & Data capabilities).
• Experience of inclusively leading teams, including blended delivery teams with clients, with a track record of building capability, coaching, and upskilling colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and identify, scope and lead key client engagements and also work collaboratively as part of small teams (this is important for owning internal roles and growing our digital capabilities within the Health & Care team).
• Commercial awareness and experience in business development is beneficial.
• Excited to inspire Digital and Data colleagues to work in Health & Care, supporting the development of sector knowledge and capability.
• A degree with appropriate professional qualifications and accreditations desirable, e.g. Agile ScrumMaster, ITIL, TOGAF.

• A total cash package of £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
