• Support reporting and analytics for priority offerings and priority accounts.
• Draw insights on market and business trends from pipeline and revenue data, contributing towards conclusions and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare fluent and executive-ready presentations, communications, and reports for Global and Member Firm Leadership.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes developing project plans, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on key milestones.
• Support the advancement of Tax & Legal priority and Cross-Business Growth offerings, working closely with offerings teams and Global and Member Firm leaders.
• Manage Global Clients & Industries connectivity with Industry and Member Firm Clients & Industries Leaders, managing monthly Clients & Industries Council meetings.
• Identify and facilitate opportunities for knowledge sharing across the programs and Member Firm geographies.
• Manage win/loss story collation, translating insights into actionable recommendations to the global network.
• Support Global Tax & Legal Jupiter adoption and maintain a community of Member Firm Jupiter adoption champions.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related field.
• Relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with core critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level writing experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables.
• Consultative mindset, ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances and complex structures.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time including the ability to focus on details without jeopardizing the bigger picture.

Highly preferred:

• Strong baseline understanding of Deloitte's overall functional capabilities, and a strong working understanding of cross-business service offerings, tools, and methodologies.
• Working understanding of the Tax & Legal business (service lines, client segments, market drivers).
• Experience supporting Global or Member Firm leadership.

Desirable:

• Proven stakeholder engagement/change management experience in a complex matrixed environment.
• Experience with platform adoption and community management (Jupiter or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
