About the role
Join our Finance Development team as a Manager, leading transformation across ARIS, Continuous Improvement, and Automation. You will drive strategic delivery of our 3-year roadmaps, facilitate workshops with senior leaders, and ensure the team delivers innovative, optimised processes that create long-term value for Finance.
Key responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead within the Finance Development Continuous Improvement team, providing direction, coaching, and support to Senior Analysts and other team members.
- Own and drive the delivery of the Finance 3-year transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate and lead workshops with senior leaders (including CI & ARIS), influencing decision-making and securing buy-in for key initiatives.
- Represent Finance in cross-functional forums, advocating for Finance interests and ensuring governance standards are met.
Process Design & Optimisation
- Oversee the creation, documentation, and optimisation of business processes using ARIS, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Guide the identification and prioritisation of process improvement opportunities, leveraging BPM (Business Process Management) tools and methodologies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to design and deliver effective workflows.
- Champion change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Power Platforms & Automation
- Oversee the development and deployment of solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and other solutions (such as Databricks) to drive automation and data-driven decision-making.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure robust governance of ARIS and BPM practices of process documentation and compliance.
- Lead process audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Development
- Develop team members, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What you'll need to have
- Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM), process design, and optimisation (Visio, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Strong understanding of BPMN standards and process mapping techniques.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex projects or transformation programmes.
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate.

- Certification in ARIS or BPM frameworks.
- Experience with process automation tools such as RPA.
- Knowledge of process auditing and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with advanced process mapping (EPC, VACD, BPMN).
- Experience leading workshops and delivering training to senior stakeholders.
