RSM UK is investing in strengthening how we deliver and govern enterprise change. As part of this, we are establishing an Enterprise Project & Programme Management Office (PMO Centre) to provide consistent oversight, prioritisation and assurance across our most critical firmwide initiatives.
The Enterprise PMO Centre will provide a single, consistent P3M operating model across RSM UK. It will support senior leadership by improving visibility of enterprise initiatives, strengthening governance and ensuring that delivery is aligned to strategic priorities.
The PMO Centre will work across multiple enterprise programmes (e.g. Growth, Digital, Operational Transformation), partnering with service lines and enabling functions to improve outcomes without duplicating delivery teams.
This Manager role will play a key part in supporting the design and implementation of the Enterprise PMO, helping to bring structure, discipline and momentum to enterprise delivery, and is suited to a high-performing Manager with strong programme and PMO capability, who is comfortable shaping new ways of working, operating across multiple enterprise initiatives, and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
You'll make an impact by:
- Supporting the design of the Enterprise PMO operating model, including governance, reporting, prioritisation and assurance frameworks.
- Contributing to the definition of Enterprise PMO services, standards, artefacts and ways of working.
- Supporting the implementation and mobilisation of the PMO across enterprise initiatives.
- Working with programme and initiative leads to embed new P3M standards and approaches.
- Developing high-quality design outputs including frameworks, templates, guidance and reporting packs.
- Supporting enterprise governance forums with clear, structured insight and analysis during mobilisation.
- Helping identify risks, dependencies and design considerations across the enterprise change portfolio.
What we are looking for:

- Proven experience in programme, PMO or transformation delivery roles (5+ years).
- Solid grounding in PMO and experience contributing to the design or implementation of governance, reporting or delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical, structuring and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and initiative leads.
- A structured, analytical and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into practical design.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and across multiple enterprise initiatives.
