At Deloitte Consulting, we help our clients exploit new technologies like AI enabled talent intelligence platforms, Gen AI, employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning and analytics to empower HR to better support the business and create value. HR organizations now reduce costs and improve operating effectiveness through process improvements, shared services, outsourcing and employee self-service, but that's only part of the story, we help them to drive the value this delivers and help the business achieve its strategic objectives in performance and growth.

The Eightfold team provides design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment and optimization of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Flex, Resource Management, Talent Design and Planning.

Work you'll do

Lead the functional design, configuration and implementation/deployment activities in Eightfold. This role will require in-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform with Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, Talent Flex, Talent Exchange, Resource Management and related processes. Responsibilities include creating and translating business functional requirements into technical requirements and solution development, working cross workstreams to identify project dependencies, leading design workshops and managing teams. The Consultant or Senior Consultant will also lead the design of interfaces, testing plans, and test scripts, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements while applying industry specific best practices and thought leadership.

As a Manager, what might you be doing?

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Project Manager / Team lead on scheduling initial kick-off and design sessions
  • Lead design and playback sessions during the implementation
  • Drive alignment across business, technical and compliance/data privacy/legal requirements
  • Present future state recommendations, highlighting any feature enhancement requests/current product gaps, during internal and client reviews
  • Partner with client to provide recommendations around future state workflow design options given short-term versus long-term client priorities, goals, use cases, requirements, technical infrastructure/limitations, timeline
  • Amend, configure, and customize workflows as needed and determine the need for Change Management in coordination with the Engagement Manager
  • Clearly document any workflow changes with confirmed internal and external buy-in
  • Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle
  • Remain available as a consultative resource throughout the Implementation process
  • Drive continuous feedback loops cross-functionally to communicate best practices/lessons learned
  • Collaborate with appropriate members of Eightfold's Services, Product and Engineering teams on project and Alliance enablement and success

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform solutions and integrating systems with third-party service vendors, preferably in a dynamic fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Relevant experience in other HCM software implementations - ATS/HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, etc.
  • Experience with managing multiple projects/initiatives
  • Relevant experience guiding design alignment for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and/or Talent Marketplace
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and independent judgement
  • Demonstrated customer service, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work in a consulting or client facing role
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
