Your Mission
We are seeking a passionate Manager - Digital Marketing (Catalogue Recordings) to join our Audience Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing innovative, globally scaled digital marketing campaigns, collaborating across multiple departments to drive digital activation, and expanding first-party data.
What You'll Be Doing
Digital Direction & Strategy
- Define and execute digital strategies for your roster, ensuring unique, data-first, and artist-friendly plans for release success.
- Use short form video platforms to tell compelling stories via content seeding and UGC trends that drive streaming.
- Partner with the Marketing Operations and Insights & Analytics teams to deliver effective campaigns, with a positive MROI based on pre-determined KPIs.
- Drive campaigns across multiple genres by tailoring strategies to audience behaviours, platform priorities, and a deep understanding of each genre's history, trends, and fan culture.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with product management and marketing teams to align creative vision and strategic execution across all campaign initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists and managers, providing expertise and resources in digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with both streaming and creative teams to provide essential data for driving playlisting and on-platform success, and to develop compelling assets that establish a clear brand identity across artist platforms.
Innovation
- Actively engage with AI, new tech, and emerging innovation topics, to spark fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.
Data Awareness and Growth
- Grow first-party data for projects on your roster and collaborate with Marketing Operations to activate it for revenue.
- Tailor strategies for diverse audience segments, including international fanbases.
- Report on digital campaign performance to key stakeholders and advise on adjustments to maximize success.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or social media role, focusing on media or entertainment
- Thorough knowledge of all major and up-and-coming digital platforms
- Proven experience driving short-form UGC trends and other cultural moments
- Solid data understanding, with the ability to develop clear KPIs and track MROI performance
- A strong sense of artist storytelling and fanbase marketing
- Familiarity with Chartmetric, Co-Brand and Meta Business Suite
- High interest in AI, new tech, and innovation
What Would be A Plus
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or social media role at a record label, artist management company or music focused digital agency.
