This is an opportunity to join 368, Deloitte's award winning creative agency. With around 110 people based in London, Leeds and Hyderabad our agency has a critical role in ensuring we effectively reach our clients in the UK, North South Europe and Globally. We have a full Concepting, Design and Film offering including an inhouse Film Studio as well as specialist teams devoted to UX & Development, Deloitte branded experiences, Social Media, Strategy and SEO as well as a full team of Account Leads and Project Managers. Our agency is a fun and friendly place to work with a great team feel. Working closely with wider Agency Leads, this role looks after everything operational in the Creative Department from managing the resourcing team, financial forecasting and recoveries, management and continued optimisation of all creative process and finally managing our supplier relationships ensuring we are able to deliver consistently high quality work in line with our Growth priorities and wider business needs.

Connect to your opportunity

  • Collaborate closely with Account and wider Agency Leads to develop and manage an appropriate pipeline of work, across all Creative mediums, optimising the efficient use of skills and capabilities within the Creative Department
  • Lead a team of two to three individuals to communicate, agree and manage expectations around timelines and budgets with internal business stakeholders and our Creative Team.
  • Ensure our pricing model is consistently applied and understood by our client facing team members
  • Continued focus on process improvement to ensure best practice, efficacy and cost effectiveness around every aspect of creative delivery
  • Support all talent needs for your team including performance management, supporting professional development and making decisions around reward
  • Prioritise our pipeline and where necessary work with our external supplier and contractor pool to ensure seamless support for our clients. Work with procurement and our contractor team to ensure a cost effective up to date PSL and compliance with all onboarding processes
  • Ownership of Synergist our job management tool and accurate time reporting by the Creative Department, with oversight of financial recoveries and forecasting
  • Act as an escalation point and solution provider for all operational challenges within the department relating to resource, finance and priorities

With proven experience in Creative Operations you are already strongly process driven, with a natural talent for organization organisation and with the ability to make decisions quickly and prioritise effectively. A strong communicator, you'll be able to use your influencing skills to manage expectations in a positive but firm way with the ability to both collaborate and challenge as necessary. Finally you'll be someone who thrives in a strong team environment and in supporting your colleagues, taking genuine shared ownership and pride in the success of the agency

Essentials:

  • In-depth experience of operations for a Creative Agency or Creative team, you'll be able to ensure the right solution for the high volume of jobs that come into the team from wider Deloitte
  • Ability to interpret briefs and interrogate requirements to fully understand the requirements of a specific job
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities. Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong analytical skillset, to understand demands and support our resourcers to translate those into a working schedule and resource plan, and track/monitor output and time use in order to make adjustments and enhancements as and when necessary
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to comfortably both collaborate and challenge (where necessary) all levels of seniority of our internal clients
  • Full understanding of the project lifecycle within a creative agency
  • Line management experience, including performance management and development as well as day to oversight of your team
  • Comfortable negotiating and being able to push back in a constructive and positive way
  • Strategic mindset with a constant focus on improvement and efficiency you'll be able to support 368's Head of Operations in setting the strategic direction for operations.

Desirables

• Financial recoveries and budget management would be great experience to have, but if you have all the essential requirements then you can be supported and trained on this
