We're changing the way Financial Services operate. We offer a unique, industry-focused offering within our Capital Markets Transformation practice geared to changing how the top-tier investment banks, infrastructure providers, and regulators operate.

Our Managers are at the very forefront of this work, focusing and shaping the transformation which will deliver new strategies, define purpose and set new standards of customer experience. These are pivotal roles at the heart of our business.

So, if you have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering change in the capital markets industry, why not join us on our growth journey and help us build a better working world for our clients, colleagues and society at large.

The opportunity

  • Structured thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a passion to learn

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Keen insights into inefficiencies across processes in the Capital Markets sector and ideas on how to improve organisational performance
  • Demonstrated success in understanding clients' needs and developing service offerings to meet their needs, including providing advice on defining and designing business strategy, operations and other functional strategies
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fluid project environment with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Expertise in cultivating mid- to senior-level relationships with clients and the ability to interact with clients up to the C-suite level
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
