We're seeking a Manager Level BA in Hampshire for one of our automotive client'sto help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a new cloud-based application. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding the UK parts business, identifying gaps between the current and new systems, and documenting user journeys to ensure a seamless transition for the organization.
*please note- this is an inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working with the client in Hampshire
YOU WILL:
- Collaborate closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to gain a deep understanding of the UK parts business and its processes
- Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis between the current mainframe-based application and the new cloud-based system
- Document detailed user journeys and process flows to guide the development of the new application
- Organize workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate discussions on the desired functionality
- Identify the necessary changes, both in terms of people and systems, and develop a robust change communication plan
- Present your findings and recommendations to the SME and Head of IT, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in documenting user journeys, process flows, and system requirements
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development and implementation
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
