The successful candidate will be part of a team that manages the Company premises and physical resources, which focus on enhancing the learning environment and maintaining the integrity of the estate. Part of this role is to manage the team of Estates Staff. The Company has a number of sites manned by two premises teams, each having a Team Leader. In addition to these teams the Company has a small team of skilled workers, an Electrician, Joiner and a Painter & Decorator plus an apprentice.

You will have responsibility for routine fault rectification (mechanical/electrical/structural) within the Company on a day by day, respond to daily premises requirements and project manage new projects. You will oversee contractors undertaking both the minor works and major building projects.
