Job Description
Checkout.com is seeking a motivated Manager to lead our Banking Services team. Reporting to the Global Head of Bank Relationships you will be working with Checkout's key bank partners and will be the main point of contact for external and internal queries.
What you will be doing:
- Provide operational support to Treasury, Finance and Product
- Build and own servicing relationships with our bank partners
- Assist with incident resolution and escalations when needed
- Define SLAs and performance metrics for our banks
- Identify and remediate service issues that impact our operations
- Coordinate and respond to audit requests pertaining to banking infrastructure
- Build and manage the Banking Services team, standardizing processes and providing guidance and support to the team
Qualifications
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Payments product knowledge
- Ability to understand and map technical banking and payment system architecture
- Proven ability to successfully drive large sized banking services technical projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Ability to develop and mobilize internal network, key stakeholders and associated resources
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
