The role will act as a trusted expert and strategic partner, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI tooling (including enterprise platforms such as Microsoft CoPilot and Google Agentspace as well as specialist T&L solutions) and the day-to-day realities of Tax & Legal service delivery. This is a high-impact role at the forefront of how professional services firms are transforming their operations through technology.

- Act as a thought partner to tax and legal leaders and practitioners, building trusted relationships, addressing pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities to scale the use of AI tooling.
- Act as an expert in reflecting the use of tools in client pitches, both written and in person.
Technology Enablement and Adoption
- Monitor the market for new developments and assess and adopt increasingly sophisticated tools.
- Drive the rollout, configuration, and adoption of AI platforms across service lines, ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing workflows and ways of working.
- Act as an expert in the respective technologies to support service lines in using the tools to their maximum potential.
- Train and guide Makers across the business
- Facilitate standardisation of use cases and activity types across service lines.
- Create solutions based on the underlying tools for specific use cases and act as a process expert to facilitate the optimisation of end-to-end processes.
- Undertake no-code and low-code configuration, working in close collaboration with Developers in DI for software development and bespoke integrations.
Programme and Change Management
- Ensure the optimisation and transformation programme is properly driven, assess new technologies centrally before providing recommendations to service lines, and ensure that tooling programmes are executed with proper change management discipline.
