This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in delivering complex GRC technology projects. You possess leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.

You will work with diverse clients, from industry giants to innovative start-ups, to help them navigate the ever-evolving world of GRC. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Leading client workshops to gather requirements and understand current-state processes and challenges.
  • Supporting business development initiatives to drive the growth of Deloitte's GRC technology practice.
  • Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements related to GRC processes and systems, with a focus on ServiceNow IRM.
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for GRC/IRM configurations and customisations.
  • Delivering compelling client demonstrations of GRC solutions and their value proposition.
  • Working closely with GRC developers and architects to ensure solutions meet client requirements and align with best practices.
  • Developing training materials and facilitating training sessions for clients
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of our GRC delivery methodology, tools, and best practices.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

To qualify for the role, you will have:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with experience in GRC domains and technology platforms.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow IRM or other enterprise GRC platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience in creating clear and concise business requirements documents and user stories.
  • Proven experience working in Agile project environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of diverse teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Security Clearance is an added advantage
  • Experience in JIRA, ServiceNow agile or similar agile platforms is desirable.
  • ServiceNow CIS IRM and equivalent certifications are preferred

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). Our hybrid working policy

You'll be based in one of our UK offices either in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Edinburgh with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. As well as remote working, you'll attend your local office, virtual collaboration spaces and client sites, depending on the requirements of the role.
