Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Manager of Account Management to join our team based in the United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, or Switzerland.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Manager of Account Management to support our growing global team.

Reporting to our Director of Sales, the Manager of Account Management will focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for cross-sells and upsells.

As Manager of Account Management at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage a team by providing coaching, mentorship, and support to build a high-performing team.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast & pipeline.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention rates, revenue growth & profitability.
  • Develop account plans and strategies for all customers, including retention strategies where required.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure all stakeholders are present with follow-up and feedback.
  • Provide clients with insights on industry trends and best practices, highlighting the value 1WorldSync brings to the industry and the customer.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to inform them about new features, updates, and opportunities.
  • Build and nurture client relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs & objectives.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of 1WorldSyncs products and services.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate this information internally to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of previous experience as a Senior Account Manager is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: English is mandatory, other languages a plus
  • Process-driven

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce and IoT sectors and the challenges businesses face.
  • Ability to analyse data and trends to make strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Previous experience of working across EMEA
  • Leadership experience for 1-2 years
  • Problem solver
