The Opportunity

The Global Head of Marketing for Scott Dunn is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support our three business units' objectives. This involves overseeing brand management and driving both guest acquisition and retention globally. The incumbent will work closely with the leaders of our 3 regions (UK, US, and Singapore) to ensure they have the demand to deliver their strategy. Additionally, the Global Head of Marketing will build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, bias to action and a result driven team. With a focus on balancing global brand consistency with local market relevance, this position plays a critical role in driving the company's growth and enhancing its market presence.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Strategic Leadership - Developing and implementing global marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and vision and deliver to the UK, US, and SG local business unit strategies
  • New Guest Acquisition - Owning the channels that drive new guest enquiries - primarily SEO, PPC, and Meta channels
  • Website Experience - Creating the best website experience for guests and prospects, working cross-functionally to drive up website conversion rate
  • Brand Management - Overseeing the development and maintenance of Scott Dunns brand identity and positioning, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Customer Retention - Ensuring there is a clear customer retention strategy in place to drive repeat guest bookings
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Leading the adoption of new marketing technologies and methodologies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborating with sales, product, development and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies
  • Performance Measurement - Establishing, measuring, and tracking key KPIs and demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns with the view of optimizing based on data-driven insights
  • Talent Development - Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team
  • Global Market Management - Managing marketing efforts across different regions, ensuring localization of global strategies
  • Revenue Growth and Market Share - Driving strategies that increase Scott Dunns market share in its three core markets
  • Budget Management - Ensuring efficient allocation of marketing budgets to maximize ROI

About You

You will be a strategic and cross-collaborative marketing leader who has significant experience in full funnel marketing channels, with significant commercial acumen. combined with excellent partnering, relationship building, and communication skills. You will also:

  • Have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful global brand experience initiatives that drive business results and enhance brand equity
  • Have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and engage audiences
  • Have an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and measurement tools to track and optimize brand performance
