Maintenance Manager - High-End Property Developer

Role overview

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of high-value residential properties. The role ensures assets are maintained to the highest standards, coordinating contractors and internal teams to deliver efficient, safe, and compliant maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules

• Coordinate routine repairs and emergency works

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

• Manage maintenance budgets and cost control

• Conduct regular site inspections and condition reporting

• Act as the main point of contact for maintenance issues

Ideal candidate

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or senior property maintenance professional

• Strong background in residential property or construction environments

• Experience managing contractors and service providers

• Solid understanding of building compliance and UK regulations

• Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with stakeholders
