The Package

• Circa £55,000 per annum.

The Job Role

• Maintenance Manager required to lead the team and uphold the standards of this refurbished large scale property.
• To fulfil all legal requirements of the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Train and develop a large team, reporting into the General Manager

The Requirements

• A strong individual with exceptional interpersonal skills as the role will be front facing and involve interacting with guests daily.
• Passionate hands on individual who is looking to develop their career.
• Proven experience of HVAC systems
• Preferably a trade background, although not essential
• A background of proven hotel maintenance management.

• Glasgow
• Own transport essential due to location
