Job Summary

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for all engineering functions on site. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure we are compliant across the site, ensure our maintenance teams are delivering both in terms of reactive & planned maintenance functions. Ensuring Engineering and H&S systems are paramount and that the engineering team works to best practice. Develop strategies that deliver continuous engineering improvements across all engineering functions both in terms of systems, processes & people. Work closely with other functions to ensure Engineering is delivering against operational needs. You will report daily via site operations meetings and be an active member of onsite operational projects teams

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Engineering qualifications
  • Experience of working in all levels of an engineering maintenance team.
  • Proven track record in managing engineering teams

Desirable:

  • Experience within a FMCG environment
  • Working knowledge of engineering systems both electrical & mechanical
  • An understanding of all statutory Engineering requirements
  • IOSH or better Safety award
