Maintenance Manager

A global manufacturing business supplying components across a broad range of industries require a Maintenance Manager to lead a team in installing, maintaining and repairing equipment onsite. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and educated to City & guilds level 3 preferably in an electrical discipline.

Commutable from: Nuneaton, Leicester, Coventry, Tamworth, Solihull, Bedworth, Royal Leamington Spa

Hourly rate: £48,000 p.a. - £50,000 p.a. CIRCA +Medical +Pension +Life assurance

Hours: 2 shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Suitable for: Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Technician

The Role

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will have the following duties:

-Attend breakdowns, identifying the fault and problem solving.
-Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.
-Assist with the moving, installation and repositioning of machines.
- Deal with any issues in facilities.
-Undertake special projects as required.

The Person

Educated to City & Guilds level 3 in electrical or equivalent you will have the following experience:

-Substantial experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
-Exeperience leading a team.
-Multi skilled Engineer (Bias to electrical)
-Practical hands-on approach to problem solving.
-Flexible to work on rotating shifts.
