This role requires a hands-onMaintenance Managerwho has experience working in a busy hotel environment.

We are looking for ourMaintenance Managewho will:

• Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
• Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time
• Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
• Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives
• Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Have experience leading a large maintenance team
• Be hands-on and strong with stakeholder management
• Have previous experience asMaintenance Managerin a hotel withmore than 500 bedrooms
