Maintenance Manager

Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager to join our management team at our luxury serviced apartments at Cheval Gloucester Park and Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison.

As maintenance manager of these two stunning and recently refurbished residences, you will need to be a technical expert and a great team leader to ensure that the properties are maintained to an excellent standard.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the proactive and reactive maintenance for both properties, leading a team of 8 engineers, to manage PPM schedules, make sure health, safety and compliance are in order and to work collaboratively with other department managers to meet the company's standards.

As well as having an extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical services, you also need to be confident in using systems such as building management system, and other supporting IT systems for maintenance reporting and health and safety compliance.

If you have a multisite background this would be a benefit and an understanding of a luxury hospitality environment is preferable.

• Management experience in a 4/5 star or luxury environment.
• Experience in leading and developing a maintenance team
• A strong ability to plan and organise projects.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical services
• A good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, and water management processes.
• Knowledge of Building Management System
• Are a confident communicator at all levels
