M&A Senior Tax Manager

What you'll do
As an M&A Senior Tax Manager, you'll play a critical role in providing international tax advice and support for the Group's M&A and restructuring projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on tax-efficient strategies for M&A deals to achieve commercial aims.
- Implementing tax structures that mitigate risk and optimize financing strategies.
- Providing ad-hoc tax advice to Group and local teams.
- Ensuring knowledge sharing across the tax community to keep stakeholders informed.
- Managing tax reporting and compliance for M&A transactions and activities.
Who you are
You're a highly skilled tax professional with a strong background in international tax and M&A transactions.
You'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in international corporate tax, either in an accountancy firm, legal firm, or multinational industry role.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification, with post-qualification tax expertise.
- A proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated and adaptable approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Discretionary yearly bonus: 20%
- Company car: company funded car of £580 per month + private fuel or cash alternative of £630

- Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
- Charity days: 5 days/year
- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of whichthe first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
