M&E Manager (Preconstruction)

Uxbridge, London

An opportunity has arisen for a M&E Manager to join the team at Galliford Try, this role will be Site based and cover both elements of pre-construction and delivery.

Ideally, you will based in or around the London area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.

What you will be doing:

• Review of M&E information when tendering new projects.
• Selection of M&E Consultants
• Selection of M&E Contractors
• Review of Subcontract Tenders
• Preparation of M&E elements for tender submissions
• Preparation of M&E scopes of works
• Appointment of M&E Sub Contractors
• Management of M&E Sub Contractor Design and Coordination
• Review of Sub Contractor Energy strategy and compliance with Building Regulations Part
• Review of Sub Contractor Compliance with Building Regulations
• Review of Sub Contractor Calculations
• Review of Sub Contractor Coordination and Drawings
• Review of Sub Contractor Technical submissions

About You:

• M&E design experience
• M&E contracting experience.
• Working with Main Contractor in M&E Coordination role
• Ability to work safely.
• Self-motivated
• Team player
