LV Pillar and Package Sub-station League Leader / Director

Misson :

LV Pillar and Package Sub-station League Director/Leader is a key leadership position who guides a squad to create high value releases. They will partner with product managers and league leaders to ensure strategy and execution alignment. LV Pillar and Package Sub-station League Director/Leader will define, own, and maintain the backlog. They will set priorities (managing scope and change requests).

As a LV Pillar and Package Sub-station League Director/Leader, you deliver value to the business and customers while maintaining a clear view on customer needs. You represent the customer and act autonomously to communicate the right vision of our products while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Moreover, you own the product vision, and you are responsible for maximizing the value of the product

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Spend time with customers & stakeholders to identify value drivers
  • Understand customer values, application, competitive environment, market trends, go-to-market strategies and anticipate evolutions
  • Gather and analyze customer's needs by meeting them and collaborating regularly with business stakeholders
  • Evaluate the strategic value of the offer
  • Define and validate the offer value propositions
  • Understand technical trends to identify valuable innovations in the product environment
  • Lead and contribute to the customer interaction strategy
  • Support business in make-or-buy decisions
  • Pair with product management and other stakeholders to prioritize the backlog.
  • Maintain team (also called Squad/League) Roadmap, coordinating with Product Management.
  • Participate in Planning, Design, Industrial and Quality topics with the Squad/League team.
  • Leads Backlog Refinement.
  • Meet regularly with customers and other stakeholders to both define and prioritize feature enhancements as well as bugs. Potential on-sites for escalations and detailed use case requirements gathering.
  • Manage internal escalations from customer support including prioritization, communication, and resolution.
  • Manage quality issues, application bugs, and crashes as well as associated mitigation plans. This includes prioritizing the bug list and cleaning it up as well as Azure alerts from production.
  • Organize and manage all releases including the main release, hotfixes, service packs and support PM in planning for future releases.
  • Prioritize and track progress on security review process.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Energetic and highly motivated professional with 15+ years of experience in Electrical and industrial technologies, who has a strong background and passion in design and integration of embedded digital smart and loT-enabled systems.
  • Bachelor's degree and years of product or project development experience, or project development or testing experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Expansive knowledge of the e-Mobility market and its trends, and the role of the different players including direct and indirect competition
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and drive success
  • Ownership mentality, one in which you embrace the responsibility and all that comes with it
  • Experience presenting to Customers & leaders and outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills ; and experience in saying 'No' when required.
  • Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and other continents on need basis.
  • Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), an in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles would be an advantage.
  • Decision making: the ability to make decisions, even tough ones, and guide the team towards achieving the product vision.
  • Analytical skills: the ability to analyze data, understand customer feedback and make data driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements and bugs resolution.
  • Adaptability: the ability to adapt to changes, quickly respond to any change and open to adjusting priorities based on evolving business needs.
