Job Description:
As our Luxury Retail Area Manager at CSD, you will play a pivotal role in leading and
overseeing the operations of our three prestigious retail stores in central London. This position
requires an individual with a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a
strategic mindset. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure the smooth operation of all
stores, maintain impeccable presentation standards, and lead your team to exceed sales targets
while providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across all stores.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Sales & Performance:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics across all stores.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained in all stores.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and promotional activities.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, item transfers between locations, and fulfilment of online orders.
  • Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented.
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business and set expectations for inventory management.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the budget for each store within the area.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives where appropriate.
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store events and promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organisations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Provide comprehensive reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to the CEO.
  • Use insights to propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to CEO toinfluence inventory allocation and the success of the business

Qualifications:

  • Must have proven experience in luxury retail sales and management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with a diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office.
  • Flexibility working, including bank holidays
