What you'll do

Manage the strategy and delivery of partnerships and rewards across the full suite of Loyalty activations for Vodafone. This encompasses working across the business to define and deliver strategy for Loyalty inclusion in new propositions and launches. Delivery of a range of external and internal rewards to unique customer segments. Key accountabilities:

Partnership Strategy:

  • Create and deliver the VeryMe Rewards partnerships strategy and offer roadmap; working closely with the Partnerships agency to deliver both long-term strategic, and short-term tactical offers. Use customer insight & data science to support offer value, variety and relevance.
  • Define the VeryMe Rewards B2B and B2C Proposition, using Vodafone's brand power.

Commercial Management:

  • Lead ongoing negotiations and management of long-term Vodafone partners
  • Maximise budget to secure best ROI and commercial terms with all partners.
  • Propose budget, build business cases to achieve KPIs, communicating fiscal risk and success criteria.
  • Negotiate and manage Legal and Supply Chain process for partner and agency contracts. Maintain promotional excellence in competition law, acceptable indemnities and liabilities, Privacy and Security and consumer T&Cs.

Collaboration:

Cross functional collaboration to continually enhance partnership opportunities, improve processes, and share learnings in regular forums.
Lead partner agency relationship and foster a collaborative environment, sharing key insight and ways to innovate.

Who you are

  • Experience in a partnership, negotiation or account management role.
  • Strong collaboration, planning, communication, negotiation, agency relationship and budget management skills.
  • Equally skilled in partnership negotiation as the management and delivery requirements.
  • Hands on experience of Loyalty partnerships, with strong knowledge of the UK competitive marketplace.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
