London Office Manager & Admin Support to CDO

STACK Infrastructure is pleased to be hiring a London Office Manager & Admin Support to CDO. Reporting to the Business Management Coordinator, the role holder will be responsible for maintaining the London office by overseeing and managing daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and positive work environment. He/She will also be responsible for execution of regional events and support of other EMEA events.
Tasks:
Office Management
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Maintain the UK TravelPerk platform and ensure all new starters are onboarded efficiently
- Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure timely replenishment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Manage office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
- Organize and support company events, team-building activities, and holiday parties
- Assist with meeting setup, including conference room bookings, catering, and audio-visual needs
- Act as a point of contact for staff, addressing their office needs and resolving day-to-day issues
Admin Support
- Cover for any EMT Co-Ordinator during a period of absence or large projects
- Assist the Business Management team with any projects as necessary
Job practicalities and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in an office management role
- 3-5+ years' experience in the construction sector, preferably in a support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet fast paced deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed
Personal Skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
- Highly motivated and a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent collaborative and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong communication, collaboration- and facilitation skills
- Able to communicate in Italian or French is considered an advantage, but not essential
