Job Title: Logistics Team Leader
Location: Shefield – on site
Salary: £45,383 – £48,000
What you’ll be doing:
· Health and Safety is a priority ensuring all activity are conducted in safe manner and personnel are trained
· Pick items required by production, update SAP and deliver to correct location (raising any incomplete requirements before releasing)
· Ensuring the team receipt and put away delivery of stock within the agreed timescales
· Comply with the logistic processes ensuring inventory accuracy is maintained
· It is a requirement of the Team leader to ensure the team conduct a cycle count to the agreed schedule
· Actively lead the team and carry out employee coaching, training and development
Your skills and experience:
· Recent and relevant experience in a logistics supervisory role
· Experience in carrying out inventory counts/cycle counting and providing KPI’s
· Excellent IT skills including effective working knowledge of SAP or other ERP IT system, MS Excel & Outlook
· Experience of working within Material Delivery / Planning / Manufacture / Logistics / Supply Chain
· FLT Experience essential
