The role

In this dynamic role, you will coordinate, analyze, and improve all Supply Chain processes, including Planning, Service & Transport, and Asset Management, to achieve operational excellence and bolster our market position. You will manage an organizational unit, overseeing people, performance, budget, and working conditions to ensure the unit meets its goals. Key responsibilities include defining tasks and responsibilities clearly, setting priorities, managing and coaching employees, and ensuring compliance with SHEQ policies and legislation.

Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes. You will develop and maintain a strategic European network design, create an international KPI structure to enhance transport efficiency, and formulate policies for flow and depot planning. Additionally, you will implement and monitor logistic forecasts and planning structures, ensuring timely procurement of new packing assets and improving the velocity of the pool.

As a project manager, you will oversee supply chain projects at the corporate level, coordinating efforts between the division office and regional teams. You will provide the Management Team with relevant information and ensure the seamless execution of international long-distance transport and asset regrouping. Your role will involve forecasting regional demand and supply, minimizing transport costs, and managing the interregional Balancing Transport budget.

Performance indicators for this role include meeting logistics budget targets, achieving budgeted velocity of the pool, timely and accurate logistics KPI reporting at the group level, and ensuring on-time delivery of procurement planning and new product call-offs. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive improvements and maintain high standards in all supply chain activities.

  • Master's degree
  • 5 years relevant working experience
  • Extensive knowledge of business- and supply chain processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
